What is your coffee grab? I’m one of those weird people who don’t like hot drinks so other than the odd hot chocolate treat, I steer clear of coffee shops as the cakes are always too tempting. What is your obsession at the moment? Holiday destinations, summer can’t come soon enough! What’s you best fix for artist block? Time, something’s you can’t rush. I walk away and hope new ideas come with a new day, although the shower seems to be a common place for my light bulb moments. Where do you get your inspiration from? Literally everywhere, being in a visual job I take reference from everything in daily life; TV, magazines, people, places. I also try to get to exhibitions and art fairs whenever possible.

What guarantees you a good day? I am a creature of habit so love it most when a day goes to plan, trouble free commute, getting all expected tasks finished on time and leaving on time to get home and enjoy a home cooked meal with my husband. Best ice cream flavour combination? Toffee and butterscotch Stripes or spots? Always spots What’s your favourite place to eat out? My guilty pleasure is five guys but for a treat you can’t been Goodmans Natural or pop of colour on the lips? Natural you can’t beat Vaseline

What is on your iPod? Literally everything, my dad is from Texas so a lot of country, house, old school garage, pop, classic, musicals, oh and Christmas songs, I’m a nightmare for leaving them on all year around Town or Country for getaway weekend? Country Heels or Flats? And what brand? Flats, Working for Office for 3 years I have to say theirs Skinnies or Flares? Seen Displays has joined forces with Trinity Hospice charity shop, on the Bellevue Road, Wandsworth Common, providing visual merchandising expertise to celebrate the first anniversary of the store opening. Leading end of life care charity, Trinity Hospice has 24 shops in Central and South West London. Trinity Hospice shops provide £1.3m per year of the £7m annual budget required to provide free, specialist care for terminally ill patients. In these recessionary times the charity shop is a permanent and ever increasing feature on the high street, with the current estimate running at more than 10,000 stores (Charity Retail Association) in the UK. While charity shops have always reflected the needs of the local community in terms of stock and donations, the last few years has seen a new breed of high end outlets catering to a market looking for retro glamour, vintage pieces and designers goods at bargain prices. The popularity of these shops has lead to multiple “Best Charity Shop” lists, most notably the Times Out annual Top Ten Charity Shop Guide. In addition, charity and vintage shops are listed as tourist “Things To Do” on The Visit London website. Today’s charity shop is more “boutique” than “bargain basement”. Items are colour coded, and value priced with specialist shops for books, homeware and electricals and fashion. Also, a confortable browsing living room feel distinguishes the modern charity shop from the bare boards and rail feel of the traditional.
