In the 1960s, radical architects have worked to implement design process in order to denounce the solutions offered by the modern movement. They will create scenarios for this in the spirit of negative utopia and seek to give a strong impact on their project to raise the problems of society and generate reflections. This whole process will lead to the production of radical images that will be the support of new reflections axes around an architectural thought and we will study the design method. This report aims to examine whether there are parallels between radical architects process and approach in the production of cartoon images. Secondly, the theme of the comic and its relationship with architecture will be addressed generally and then specifically through the work of Schuiten and Peeters, author of the series of «Obscure Cities». We will seek and demonstrate whether it is possible that the comic is a fertile medium for architectural thought.
