Creativity

Being a creative person helps you become a better problem solver in all areas of your life and work. Creativity helps you see things differently and better deal with uncertainty, something I'm familiar with ever since I started my academic studies. Creative people are more capable of dealing with uncertainty because they can adapt their thinking to flow with the moment and the unknown situations.

Here I present the reasons why I think I belong to your Agency.

Versatility

I'm very confident I know where I want to get with my professional experience and this means I want to be able to apply all my knowledge and learn more from people and works that require different and new competencies. For this reason, I describe myself under this (versatile) characteristic, I wish to apply my knowledge in different contexts and for different clients. I look forward to challenges that prove to me that even if I have to get out of my comfort zone I can still succeed.

Leadership I believe that my experience as an abroad student gives me the capacity to get inspired and inspire others, be confident in my capacities and be able to make important decisions about my future and my work. Being a leader also means that I am able to recognize the best qualities, characteristics, and difficulties of my team members, and adapt their tasks in order to get the best from them; only with that excellent results come and as evidence of my leader qualities some of my projects have succeeded in deferent international contexts.

Architecture Design Interior Design By studying Design, Architecture and Interior design, I gained the ability to plan and execute spaces in a integral way with costomized solutions.

The project involves the construction of new roads and new block networks that are mostly regular and are situated on the hilly course, the idea is to develop the extension of some existing routes to facilitate the connection between the new urban fabric and the existing one and reconnect the city to the river park.

A

lda v

In order to favor the new flows within the new urban fabric, the tramway line was prolonged along the old track of the railway was moved and buried below the central spine, moreover, to facilitate a movement within the area, the existing cycle path along the river was also reorganized and a new runway was planned which runs along the central axis of services to facilitate its achievement.

PROJECTS

CONCEPT

CORE HOUSE ABOUT The challenge consists of the design of a “fully pre-fabricated” house that allows the incorporation of local building materials and techniques in the design; designs could be fully, partially or not prefabricated with a clear aim towards ease of construction.

The idea was taking into account the climatic conditions to make the respective interventions, for example, the integration of storage tanks for rainwater collection, environmental Toilets, attached or detached, the budget is one of the most important inputs of this project thus the total cost of the project should be of 10,000 Dollars. Flexibility

The combinations may vary but the largest space should always be the one that connects all the spaces.

GROUND FLOOR

Combinations

The “core” Is the most hierarchic element among the modules; it connects all the single pieces of the house into a single unit. The modular composition allows the units to be compact and more resistant to the wind force. Each module is structurally indepen- dent. They are elevated from the ground to avoid flooding. But they also have floating devices (barrels) underneath the platform, that will allow the modules to float if the water level rises.

Accessibility

The entrance or the accessibility may vary depending on the desire of client but always need to be in the largest space. (Main space)

Energy and waste disposal strategies consi- derations are to design a system that is easy to plug and unplug depending on the weather situation but at the same time needs to be ecologically and friendly.

THE WATER FRONT ABOUT

CONCEPT One module + Mani combinations 6m

The project consists in the rehabilitation of an abandoned port, taking into account these concepts: A. FLEXIBILITY: is one of the most important features of this project because the structure is modulated in a way that its possible to move, remove or built new spaces if it is needed, to enlarge spaces or reduced them. This feature is an important quality of the project because people can expand their homes as they expand their families buying other modules or building them on top. B. PARTICIPATION: It is important to embrace and generated interactions between all the programs in the building encouraging the relationships between neighbors and workers so that everybody can share spaces; the idea is to promote external people to come to the building because of the program that the building offers. C. LEISURE: Architecture needs to create spaces where people can recreate themselves, spaces that are completely dedicated to leisure thus in this way people can become curios and interact with neighbors and kids can play in a freeway.

Drinkscape // Master theis

This project is an opportunity to enhance the villages of Yubune, Yubune Gonose, and Yubune Hakayama (Japon) and generate an interaction between the heritage buildings, the tea plantations and the local tourist facilities that are being developed, the idea with the following analysis is to understand that there are three notorious times of constructions.

1. Use Renawables: Solar Panels Principal use: heat rainwater

2. Use Renawables:

*

Rain Water reuse, generation of internal heathers distributed by bombs.

3. Reduce Demand : by Isolation, Doble Facade vegetation along the panels, natural cross ventilation. Co2 : decrease of more than 50% because there is no combustion.

3. Leisure 2. Culture Area of Contemplation

The purpose of the scattered hotel is to take advantage of this antic constructions not only because they could be attractive for tourism, but also because at the date several of them are empty structures which had been neglected by the locals and their government. The project is intended to take advantage of the existing structures to highlight their potential turning them into the most precious attraction of the scattered hotel. Furthermore, the principal investors and collaborators will be the locals; so they will be the first beneficiaries thus they will benefit from the project and moreover, they are the ones that care about their own houses, properties, and territory.
