human condition labs IF EVERYTHING SEEMS UNDER CONTROL, YOU’RE NOT GOING FAST ENOUGH

FOR YOU, WHO SEE THE WORLD DIFFERENTLY. FOR YOU, WHO kNOW THAT NOTHING IS TRULY IMPOSSIBLE. YOU ARE PART OF A COMMUNITY OF THOSE WHO ENVISION AND CREATE THE OTHERWISE UNIMAGINABLE.

YOU ARE ONE OF THE FEW. UNAPOLOGETICALLY BRAVe & shaping THE PRODUCTS AND EXPERIENCES THAT WILL SOLVE TOMORROW’S PROBLEMS. WE ARE HERE TO TRANSFORM YOUR POTENTIAL INTO REALITY.

The human race is growing at an unprecedented pace, CREATING A LANDSCAPE OF CHALLENGES THE WORLD HAS TO FACE, TODAY.

We are a fully equipped professional prototyping lab THAT DEPLOYS A RIGOROUS 90-DAY METHODOLOGY TO FULLY RESOLVE IDEAS, FROM CONCEPT TO MARKET.

We are focused on the areas of greatest need: Transportation & Infrastructure, Safety & Security, Health, Food & Water and Energy & Resources.

VEHICLES OF THE FUTURE

SMART CITIES AND BUILDINGS

INDUSTRIAL SAFETY AND SECURITY

Autonomous vehicles will soon be shuttling us around in our mobile offices and living rooms. Whilst these advances are exciting, we are focused on the impact and implications of how smart cities, energy, cybersecurity, & privacy will be disrupted.

Working with governments, contractors & citizens we devise innovative solutions for a more meaningful urban experience - by using machine learning, behavioral science, modern architecture and engineering.

Merging wearables, sensors, Building Information Modeling systems and Big Data is how we are creating an infrastructure to maintain safe job site environments for workers. With repetitive use, we can learn from past events & identify safety issues in real-time.

DESALINATION Water scarcity has fueled conflict in both the developed and developing world, in the last century. Desalination can offer a solution to this human necessity, we are developing mobile solutions whilst being conscientious of energy consumption.

RENEWABLE ENERGY With the rising global population, powering our societies is becoming a significant challenge. Alongside designers, engineers, & scientists, we research and develop new ways to maximize the limited resources that will fuel action in this century

our methodology We use a proven methodology refined over thirty years. This process of program management has been applied to a range of projects: providing cardiologists with a simulation and understanding of heart failure, partnering with nonprofits to limit the burden of outreach, and crowdsourcing insights on a redesign of the NYC taxi.

facility

We are located at 61 Broadway in New York City’s financial district. We call the Adams Express Building designed by Architect Francis Kimball in 1912, our new home.
