"For Aya and all the world's daughters"

Welcome! We’ve been waiting for you. It’s an amazing time to wake up to the magnitude of your potential and individuality as a female. After lifetimes of repression as whole beings in favor of making others feel comfortable, it’s time to reclaim your right to take up space and stand in your holy presence. This book is a tool for you to reclaim your divine feminine power. Through creative expression, you can access the part of yourself that is infinite and reminds you who you really are. To unlock this creative expression, I provide for you an image to color that is partnered with a mantra to recite. I also give you a little background on the images to help anchor in this wisdom to aid you on your journey. Let the mantras assist you in building the courage and confidence to speak your truth. Let the images illuminate parts of yourself that you didn’t know were there. Let them lend you their power so that you may gracefully step into your own. My prayer is that this work weave its way into your life so you can fully show up for yourself and your community, even if that is your family. When you awaken to your authentic power, not only do you become a beacon for others to follow, you become the source of light that heals everyone around you and the beloved earth. When you remember your divinity, you align with a force greater than yourself that brings peace to all beings. Allow your intuition to guide you toward which image will serve you best in the moment. Speak the mantra out loud as you color and let your wisdom flourish. Soon, you’ll be able to tell me much more than what I provided for you in this book. Blessings and boons on your journey of self empowerment. Always, Aimee

Kali-Ma is the Hindu Goddess known as, “the Dark Mother”. She transforms what no longer serves your highest good through the fire of destruction and creation. Calling upon Kali is to call upon ego death, for there must be destruction in order to create something new and reach spiritual liberation. The Tiger teaches you to move with purpose and grace, representing your ability to tap into the courage and willpower necessary to accomplish what needs to be done in order to thrive.

Sword of Discernment Use the sword of discernment to cut away what is not in alignment with your highest good. Call upon the presence of Lakshmi to bring forth a life of abundance, generosity, loving-kindness, gratitude, discipline and order.

Chalice The chalice represents the physical body as a vessel to give and receive abundance. The saying goes that when your cup is filled, you can give from the overflow. Coming from wholeness and fullness, you can give from this place of plenty rather than a place of lack. Remember to give yourself the same love and care that you extend outward to continue the flow of giving.

Sexuality is an expression of this energy center in balance that allows you to feel safe and secure in your environment and the world. When you can focus your energies on thriving rather than surviving, you move into a space of creation period.

Solar Plexus The solar plexus energy center is located in the abdomen above the belly button. Connect with this chakra to overcome obstacles in the environment and to access transformation. Aligned Chakras Move through each chakra from the bottom up, opening the energy channels to access clarity and ease in all aspects of life. You must be firmly rooted in your right to be here (root chakra), to access your right to feel (sacral chakra), to stand in your right to be an individual and take action (solar plexus chakra), to know your right to love and be loved (heart chakra), to speak and be heard (throat chakra), to see (third eye chakra), as well as to know and to learn (crown chakra). With clear energy centers, we are able to reach a level of self-mastery that is otherwise unattainable.

Tune into the Goddess, Lalita, to access the playful energy of erotic spirituality. She helps clear sexual wounds and traumas that create shame, fear and avoidance. Lalita embodies the energy that invites everything into a sensual dance of love, empowerment and pleasure.

Yoni Yoni is the Sanskrit word that encompasses the mons pubis, vulva, vagina and womb that translates to “sacred portal. Claim these feminine parts with whatever term resonates with you and step into your empowered femininity. No two yonis are the same, contrary to popular belief. The inner labia (lips) may be larger than the outer labia and they all vary in color, shapes, sizes, and hair. Each one is a unique expression of femininity. By understanding your anatomy and realizing how normal you are, you pave the way for your true empowerment. With awareness and reverence for your body, healthy boundaries are easy, resulting in an attractive magnetic field that radiates from you and all around you.

Spirit Spirit is the energy that gives life to all beings, living and nonliving. Spirit guides a seed to sprout into bamboo and tells the bamboo how thick and how tall to grow. By becoming silent in your mind, you can hear the subtle wisdom from nature around you and from the depths of your body temple.

Love Being firmly rooted in love means there are less opportunities for fear, doubt and worry to take root. In a world rooted in love and compassion, empathy and understanding are the only defenses needed. Imagine that you have deep roots like a tree. Visualize them sinking through the earth’s crust, wrapping around a rose quartz crystal, the crystal of love.

Elephant The elephant is a symbol of not only power and strength, but also stability and security. Call upon the elephant to bring forth your capacity to step forward in leadership in order to create harmony within a group. With the elephant on your side, you can move effortlessly over obstacles and toward success.

Acceptance Bodies come in all colors, shapes, sizes, and ages. We are all unique expressions of the divine. There is not one particular "model" that is better than another. With acceptance of yourself as you are today, you create the opportunity to expand into your highest potential. Every wrinkle, scar, stretch mark, freckle, and dimple is perfect. With acceptance comes acknowledgment that allows you to move out of enduring painful situations and into the world of ecstatic bliss. Try gazing into your own eyes using a mirror and recite the mantra, “I love and accept myself.

Creation Although females have the unique ability to create life within their womb, you also have the ability to channel that same life-generating energy into passion projects. It is your divine right as a human to choose how and what you create, knowing that you are also creating in every moment.

Beliefs are imprinted upon you as a child, programming you for the future ahead. As you step into awakened living, you begin to assess the beliefs for ones that limit you or inspire you. As you acknowledge the limiting beliefs, you can then become free of them and be open to adopting new, encouraging and liberating beliefs that support your individual mission and the collective’s evolution.

New Moon Connect to the phases of the moon and its rhythm to access the divine rhythm that resides within you. The new moon is a time to go within and listen to the wisdom of your body. Be in discovery about what dreams and ideas you desire to give life to this next month. As the uterine lining physically sheds during menstruation, this is also a time to shed thoughts and ideas that aren’t needed anymore, and to plant seeds of what is deeply desired. Even without bleeding, you can connect to the energy of the new moon.

Waxing Moon As the moon waxes, your energy expands, giving you the power to take necessary action to breathe life into the dream seeds planted during the new moon. The energy of the waxing moon allows space for you to find balance and peace with the masculine principle within you, as it is this energy that supports the structure and planning needed for ideas to flourish. The Shri Yantra is a powerful Tantric symbol and a depiction of the sacred union between the divine feminine and divine masculine. Being in a relationship with both your inner feminine and masculine, will allow you to dream big and take action towards those dreams.

Full Moon In the light of the full moon, your fullness is reflected back to you. Your ideas that were seeded during the new moon are now blooming. It’s time to bask and celebrate the results of your efforts. Not only are your ideas ripe, your body has moved into the luscious phase of ovulation. During ovulation, the body is fertile and available to birth, whether it is a human child or dream project. Note that when women are in sync with the moon phases, some ovulate during the new moon and bleed during the full moon. Take notice when you bleed and witness how it shifts throughout the year. Even women who don’t bleed or ovulate can still be in alignment with the energy of each moon phase.

Waning Moon The light of the moon fades as you enter into a phase of darkness. This is a time to honor all parts of yourself as your body prepares to bleed. Hormones shift and emotions can become more intense during this time. Be sure to express yourself through movement, dance and sound to release whatever arises and to anchor yourself into truth. If you do not take space for your self-expression during this time, your emotions can overwhelm you and you can feel unstable. Connect with the energy of the wild woman to deepen your connection to nature and its inevitable ebb and flow.

A little about me… I grew up knowing nothing empowering about being female. Sexual shame was unknowingly passed down to me from my family. I grew up completely disconnected from my body, unaware of the intelligence that laid dormant under the abuse and neglect. First hand, I experienced what unconscious sexuality did to humanity. I became passionate about creating a shift in the collective consciousness and soon realized that there was a large gap in understanding what healthy sexuality looked like. Through ancient and modern technologies, I began to discover parts of myself that are radiant. I began to see who I really was, underneath all of the social conditioning. Seeing my authentic self has allowed me the blessed opportunity to step into my divine purpose, embracing my highest self. I’ve been able to break free from the cycle of suffering and live a life by design. I’m now a mother of one beautiful daughter, a world traveler, and a holistic sexuality educator. I host various online courses, workshops, retreats and events to help assist in the awakening of our global community. I spend a lot of my time in playful self reflection and creation, supporting others to find their truth, basking in beautiful nature spots, and of course witnessing my daughter grow up. In this book, I share with you what has allowed me the opportunity to see my best self, in hopes that you too will begin to see your best self and shine brighter than any star we’ve yet to see!
