In 1969, something absolutely incredible happened – Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin made history by becoming the first astronauts to land on the moon! But guess what? We’re not stopping there! Let’s embark on an awesome lunar learning journey that involves yummy Oreo cookies and moon plaster craters! And the best part? We’re going to dress for a mess because we’re going to have a blast!

Southwest Dairy Moo-bile Classroom

Welcome to the moo-tastic adventure at the library with an outdoor dairy classroom! Join our moo-velous friends for an exciting outdoor learning experience with a friendly cow! Our trained dairy instructor and his adorable bovine companion will show you the magical process of milking cows, take you on a journey from the farm to your glass of milk, and happily answer any questions you have about dairy!

Outdoor Family Movie: The Super Mario Bros. Movie

Get ready to join us on a behind-thescenes adventure where Amanda will show us how she brings her lovable characters to life. Ever heard of Duncan the Story Dragon, Wally Does Not Want a Haircut, Klondike Do Not Eat Those Cupcakes, or Little Grump Truck? They are just a few of the incredible characters Amanda has created! And guess what? She’s also got a fantastic new book called Under Anna’s Umbrella coming soon! Plus, she’ll have books available for purchase, so you can take home your very own copy!
