Ann, First of all, welcome to the Thirty-One family! I am so excited to have you on my team! I love this company, and I know you will too.

In this packet, you will find some important information along with some tools to help you be successful!

While you're waiting for your Pink Box...

Discover your WHY. This is your reason for signing up, and it could change many times over your journey!

Explore Thirty One Today (TOT). There is SO much helpful info here!

Create your closed customer group on facebook! This is a place for you to share info and new specials with your customers.

Post on your own facebook that you just became a consultant!

Once your Pink Box arrives...

Take a picture of you with your unopened box! Post this on your personal Facebook page, along with your closed customer group! People will love your excitement!

You can go live in your customer group when you open your box! Show off your new goodies to everyone! It's ok if you don't know the names of all the patterns and products yet!

After you open your box, take pictures of all your products! You can post this in your Customer Group and your own timeline too!

You will want to save your pink box. The rest of your boxes will be brown, so this one is special! You can use it at home parties and vendor events for your display!

Host your first party...

Set the party up in your Back Office! If you are hosting your own launch party, put your information in. If you are hosting a party for someone else, put their info in!

Set up a Facebook group for the party! You can also choose to make Facebook events for your parties. I have found groups to be easier for me.

You can find scripts for Facebook parties on TOT, or in consultant groups on Facebook. Make sure you make them your own! People can tell when you are being yourself!

Invite me to your first party! Whether you are hosting your launch party, or a party for someone else, I am here to help!

Make sure you treat everyone in all of your parties as a potential hostess or even a recruit, even if they don't order from the party!

Rules to Remember Your customer group on Facebook must be a CLOSED group your facebook group name cannot have the words or numbers "Thirty-One" or "31" in it Also remember when picking a group name, you are branding yourself! Pick a name that is easy to remember and you love, because you will use it often!

You may post on your personal page, but you cannot include prices (basically, don't spam other people with a sales pitch on your personal page) you are allowed to post prices, deals, Etc. in your closed customer group Have fun with things! Your customers are there for the product, but they're also there to support you! Be yourself on social media!

StartSwell The StartSwell program is designed especially for new consultants! Sell $500 in PV for your first 4 months, and earn 25% in back office credits! That is on top of your 25% commission. The great thing about this is, there is no limit to how much you can earn!

What is a K Group?

K groups are an awesome incentive for consultants. To earn your spot in a K Group, you have to consistently make sales. The criteria for the groups are: 1/2 K group - $1,500 in the 3 month earning period 1 K Group - $3,000 in the 3 month earning period 2 K Group - $6,000 in the 3 month earning period 4 K Group - $12,000 in the 3 month earning period The earning periods for these groups are: June- August September-November December-February March-May

So, what do you get from a K Group??

Every season, K Group earners get free product! The higher the K Group, the more product you get. You also get access to an exclusive Facebook group with other K Group earners.

Depending on the season and the K Group, there are also other fun things, like chats with Cindy just for you!
