Sexual activities have historically been used to point out queer people's deviance from social norms.
Queer Sex has been Criminalized throughout History and has been the reason behind most government oppression of queer people
Sex has a lot to do with most Queer people's identities: sexuality, for instance.
Though you do not have to participate in sex to be queer, it is one of the most common activities in queer adult spaces.
Know your history and the danger: The HIV/AIDs crisis brought sex to the forefront of most Queer activism.
Though many groups were affected by HIV/AIDs, Queer people were particularly affected in many ways from medical care to burial rights.

Well, as of 2023, it's not taught in schools. In fact, there are many places in the US where it is banned to even mention queer people, let alone Queer Sex, in schools. This doesn't stop people from spreading information about being Safe, Sane, and Consensual when having Queer sex. We have to educate ourselves on the topic because this information isn't going to be handed to us.
Look into your local options for sex education and be aware of the laws where you live.
I recommend looking into what consent really means and communicating as much as possible with those you are having sex with.
Safe sex looks different for every person, so think about keeping up with your vaccines: Hepatitis A & B, HPV, etc. If you are eligible, consider taking PrEP or a form of birth control. Using barrier methods like condoms (internal and external), dental dams, and gloves (or figure cots) is important for most sexual activities. Remember that erogenous play-humping, kissing, and grinding-as well as using additional equipment like sex toys are equally valid ways of participating in sex. Of course, get tested and be aware of STIs.
We get to make decisions on our bodies and what is heathy for ourselves. Even if Queer people's choices are not respected in larger society, it is important that we respect our own. Sex is only fun when all who are involved are having a good time. So, respect each other and each other's decisions.
So, sex is for anyone who wants to have it. To learn more about
