Architecture set in nature The complex started with the idea to retrieve the site of the previous ceramics business that made Laveno mombello world famous. �Laveno Premium real estate� is set in the new Park along the side of the lake, designed by british Landscapers gustafson & Porter, and the open-air space is not only the centre of the project, but also guarantees the high quality of living it offers. between the buildings there are piazzas, gardens and fountains that act as the ideal visual link between the mountain and the lake. The new park comprises two spaces connected by the main piazza (Piazza sul Lago) situated in the centre, and fits in perfectly with the existing countryside. From the promenade a row of Albizia trees with light leaves and pink flowers leads into the Park where a pergola covered by seasonal climbing plants including wisteria and jasmine provides shade and invites you to enjoy unique views. In the aquatic garden, which recreates the lake in “miniature” there are alternate areas of aquatic plants and areas in which the water reflects the buildings. The balcony, flowerbeds, and sunny, bright, colourful gardens along with the shaded areas full of deep greens and dark purples make you want to sit and peacefully contemplate unspoilt nature, or to go for a walk in a fantastic atmosphere that only the lake can produce.

Mediterranean species The lake and its microclimate make it possible to host a variety of typical species, ranging from bright coloured flowers to the deep green of the grass that, as the seasons come and go, offer natural changes in colours, smells, and fruits. Sculpted stones on the shores of the lake based on the morphology of the lake area on the one hand and the hills on the other, the buildings are shaped like finely sculpted stones, cut, shaped and enhanced by a wise use of granite and blue clay tiles that hark back to the recent past of this place that saw the production of ceramics. They are a new piece of the town and form a link between the public piazza at the top and promenade where residents have a private garden available to them, with terraces overlooking the gulf.
