Arizona Attorney Named as LCA Fellow By Teresa Cajot Earlier this month Snell & Wilmer partner James Condo was selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America™ (LCA), a trial lawyer honorary society committed to advancing exemplary advocacy, professionalism, community service, and honor among its members. LCA Fellows consist primarily of those at the partner or shareholder level or independent practitioners with significant experience. Judges, law professors, governmental attorneys, and in-house counsel may also be invited to Fellowship. LCA Fellows make- up less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers and are limited to professionals who have demonstrated superior achievements in litigation.

Condo, who works out of Snell & Wilmer’s Phoenix office, has a national and regional trial practice. He specializes in complex commercial, professional, and product liability litigation. He additionally functions as the co-chair of the firm’s commercial litigation practice group. As the Primary Loss Prevention Partner, he is also engaged in advising the firm’s attorneys in professional liability matters. Condo is also Judge Pro Tempore for the Superior Court of Maricopa County in Arizona and former Judge Pro Tempore for the Arizona Court of Appeals. In the past, he held the position of Chairman of the Board of Arizona Town Hall, a non-profit organization that pinpoints and addresses major issues of importance to the state. He was a member of Lehigh University’s National Leadership Council from 2005 to 2010 and served as the National Forum on the Future of Legal

Education’s Panel Chair at ASU College of Law in the spring of 2010. The Best Lawyers in America® has recognized Condo for Betthe-Company Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, and Legal Malpractice Law-Defendants since 2003. Chambers USA has also named him as one of America’s Leading Lawyers for Business for Litigation: General Commercial from 2003 to 2011 and he has been recognized by Southwest Super Lawyers® for Business Litigation from 2007 to 2011. Condo graduated cum laude from Boston College School of Law and earned his BS with honors in Business and Economics from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.
