Bloomberg and BNA Join Forces, Strengthening Position in Legal Information Market By Rebecca E. Neely This week, Bloomberg LP announced it would purchase the Bureau of National Affairs Inc., (BNA) for approximately $990 million. The acquisition, which is expected to take place in September of this year, will make BNA a stand-alone subsidiary of Bloomberg.
