Pacific Law Recruiters By Teresa Cajot Pacific Law Recruiters is a Seattle, Washington-based legal recruiting firm that specializes in the placement of legal and corporate professionals. Since 1981, the firm has served a variety of law firms and corporations with the goal of solid, long-term placement matches.
Founder and president Greg Wagner has been involved in the recruiting business since 1976 and believes that interviewing is only one step in the larger process of locating the appropriate job candidate for a given position. Beyond professional experience, Wagner also bases placement selections on candidate and client expectations, goals, personalities, and even technical skill. He works closely with his firm’s managing partner and the hiring committee to locate candidates and then maintains open lines of communication with all parties throughout the screening and hiring process. While working primarily with clients in the Seattle area, Wagner also works with firms and corporations throughout the US.
