The Hiring, Testing, and Selection Team assists companies in establishing the best business hiring practices, as a means of avoiding lawsuits. The team also provides defense against legal challenges in this area. The Labor and Employment Hospitality Team provides representation for employers in the hospitality industry, in all labor and employment issues. The team has represented clients involved in class action lawsuits, wage-hour violations, failure to provide accommodations for the disabled, and government audits, to name a few. The Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Whistleblower Team is composed of the firm’s corporate compliance and transactional securities attorneys, employment litigators, securities litigators, and attorneys with experience in litigating claims in front of the US Department of Labor under various whistleblower statutes. The Technical Attorneys Devoted to eDiscovery and the Information Governance Team specialize in the following areas: litigation, counseling and information governance, computer forensics and incident response, and third-party service provider selection.
