Dustin A. Johnson - Las Vegas Native and One of its Brightest Legal Minds What can determination, focus and a sincere desire to make a difference in Nevada law get you? Well, if you’re Dustin A. This Las Vegas native graduated from University of Nevada in 2001 and then California Western School of Law in 2004. Born in 1979, Las Vegas native Dustin A. Johnson set his targets on becoming an attorney early on - and that’s exactly what the thirty year old attorney did. After receiving his J.D. in 2004, he went on to secure a place in the well established law firm, Albright, Stoddard, Warnick and Albright. In 2009, the firm announced its plans for stepping up to the plate and helping those homeowners who found themselves in losing situations with their mortgage companies and banks by becoming advocates for those residents wishing to re negotiate their current home mortgages. It’s been a big success - for homeowners and their lenders. in 1997, this talented legal mind went on to become one of the youngest interns for the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C., where he served as a legislative intern for Nevada’s 1st Congressional District. Moving forward with his education at the prestigious California Western School of Law at San Diego, Johnson graduated third in his class in 2004. After taking the Nevada Bar exam only one time, Johnson raised the bar once again by becoming the youngest associate with Albright, Stoddard, Warnick & Albright, where he currently practices law. His own ethics and goals closely match those of the firm’s mission: ‘’...to provide our clients with the finest legal service through zealous, ethical and aggressive representation, personal attention and professional diligence...’’ Now, after blazing new trails for other young attorneys looking to make their mark, Johnson has made the Las Vegas, Nevada law firm home. As a member of both the Nevada and Oregon State Bars, he remains content where he is and focuses his education and talents to practice areas such as real property law, divorce, annulments, child custody and support issues, paternity and guardianship cases. Not surprisingly, he takes each case and gives it the attention and legal direction it deserves. Working to ensure the rights of his clients, his loyal clientele have come to count on Johnson and his sincere approach to their unique legal needs.
