Grammy Adamian’s Rice Pilaf

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup of Carolina white rice
• 2 cups of College Inn chicken broth
• 4 tablespoons of butter
• 1/2 cup egg noodles
• Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large pot add butter and egg noodles and cook on high until butter is melted and noodles are brown
2. Add rice and chicken broth to the pot and bring to a rolling boil
3. Once boiling add a pinch of salt, turn the heat down to low and cover for 25min
4. As Grammy Adamian would say “Don’t look at it! I can look at it, but you can’t”. (Seriously though don’t open the lid or you’ll let out the heat)
5. Stir the rice and serve.
