“I love serving warm croissants to my guests for breakfast when we’re at Skylands. To save time, I buy a box from Petrossian to freeze, so we can enjoy them fresh out of the oven with butter and homemade jam before we set out for the day.” —Martha
FREEZE-AHEAD CROISSANTS
Buy or make a batch of your favorite croissants. Keep them in the bakery box to preserve the shape, or place them in freezer bags and put in the freezer. When ready to eat, preheat oven to 325°. Create a pouch of foil a little larger than combined size of all croissants being reheated; line with parchment. Arrange croissants inside so they are not overlapping. Heat about 15 minutes; serve warm.
