Ingredients:     

Method: 1. Whisk all ingredients together and pour over the salad.

¼ clove garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard Sea salt and pepper 2 tablespoons white or red wine vinegar 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
