Ingredients:

½ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped ¼ cup white wine vinegar 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese ½ cup olive oil salt/pepper
blender chopping board knife metric measuring cups/spoons
Method: 1. In a blender, combine the basil, vinegar and parmesan cheese until the basil is pureed. 2. With the motor running, pour the oil through the opening and blend until smooth. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
