Ingredients:  ½ cup rice bran oil  1/8 cup white wine vinegar  1 tablespoon red wine vinegar  ½ clove garlic, crushed  1 tablespoon shallot, finely chopped  1 tablespoon red capsicum, finely chopped  1 teaspoon Dijon mustard  1 teaspoon honey  ½ teaspoon salt  1/8 teaspoon dried oregano  1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram  pepper

Equipment:  blender  spatula  chopping board  knife  garlic press  metric measuring spoons/cups

Method: 1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until well combined, pour over salad and serve.
