Bialik College Kitchen Garden Program Ingredients:

Equipment:  5 tablespoons soy sauce  chopping board  2 tablespoons honey  knife  1 tablespoon olive oil  small bowl  5 spring onions, finely sliced  wok  2 large handfuls spinach  wok sang  ½ brown onion, sliced  mixing spoon  1 ½ heads broccoli, cut into small florets  2 garlic cloves, minced  2cm knob ginger  1 quantity egg noodles  1 handful coriander, torn

Combine the soy sauce & honey in a small bowl and set aside. Cut up all the vegetables as listed in the ingredients. Heat the wok over a high heat. Add the oil and swirl to coat over the wok. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes or until translucent, then add garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 2 minutes. 6. Add broccoli and stir fry for 3 minutes. 7. Stir in the spring onions and spinach. 8. After a minute add noodles and toss to combine. 9. Add the sauce mixture and stir through the noodles and vegetables. 10. Divide between serving platters and sprinkle with coriander.
