General features and technical details The die-cast aluminium optical assembly houses the die-cast aluminium EDA (Enveloping Dynamic Air) heat dissipation system designed to create a flow of convective air that brushes the 15,931 mm2 dissipating surface, and ensures optimal LED operation. The product is equipped with a self-restoring thermal protection. High-performance faceted aluminium optic for 32째 beam opening angles. Available with 80, 120, 150 cm length and 52 mm diameter.

General features and technical details The track can withstand a 2 kg load per every 200 mm, with a maximum distance of 1,000 mm between the ďŹ xing points. To achieve a load capacity of 5 kg per every 200 mm, the ďŹ xing points must be 500 mm apart. Three-phase track, 16 A, Class 1 - conforms to the EN 60570 standards in force. Design and efficiency The geometric structure of the screen conforms to the direction of the LEDs so that it is always perpendicular to the incident light, thereby minimising loss of light due to refraction. The PMMA screen surface that diffuses the LED light beams has an ice-like appearance to ensure uniform illumination of the road surface (without luminous points) and conformity to the CEI EN 62471 standard regarding photobiological safety. The Class IP66 sealing of the above-mentioned components is guaranteed by silicone gaskets inserted into the profiles.

Programming the curves The fixture's electronic control system (driver) can be configured to adapt the current to the LEDs, which may be operate from 350 mA to 700 mA, depending on the model. Power is supplied to the LEDs through 3/6/9 independent channels (depending on the model) grouped according to the type of area to be illuminated. As a result, each LED group can be powered with different current levels so as to customise the light distribution according to the distance between fixtures and the desired luminance levels. The 3/6/9 independent channels have a LED circuit configuration based on SERIES wiring, in order to avoid current imbalances in the various branches. The fixture's internal electronic system is able to automatically calculate when midnight falls, so that it can self-adjust in any time-zone condition.

Wireless programming The architecture of the electronic structure of the Driver and the product's control section can be simply upgraded and reprogrammed for use with future generation LEDs. The product is able to memorise the settings concerning the operating profiles and all configuration parameters relative to the LED operating currents (standard feature). The fixture is configured (standard feature) for connection through a Wireless system with a PALMTOP touchscreen computer (available as an accessory), for modifying all the settings according to the user's own requirements. General features and technical details Fixture made up of two elements: the complete body - entirely die-cast - and the die-cast aluminium shaft that houses the electronic components for colour control. The front screen is made of clear tempered glass. The body houses 7 led RGB LEDs equipped with concentrating lenses, while the LEDs are arranged so as to guarantee excellent colour uniformity, even close to the light source. The light projection has a beam opening angle of 25°. The RGB LEDs housed inside include three 1-Watt junctions for each single colour; this system allows for obtaining the perfect colour blend on the lens while the fixture's luminous area takes on the same colour as the projected light. Inside the fixture, a special radiator keeps the temperature of the LEDs below the recommended minimum level indicated by the manufacturer, so as to extend the lifecycle of the light source. Total absence of infrared or ultraviolet components. All the LEDs comprising the fixture are powered by the series-connected PCBA, thus the same current flows through them: in this way, the colours emitted by the single LEDs are identical. Configured for up to 126 addresses for accent-type control of the fixtures. Controllable via the DMX Martini control keypad that is compatible with all control systems operating with the DMX512 standard. Around 16 million emitted colour and light flow combinations can be achieved. 3 DMX channels.

General features and technical details Aluminium body manufactured by means of a spin-forming and laser-cutting process. The body is subjected to an anodisation process and is then powder-coated. The optical assembly is secured using a PPS support with bayonet mount and fixed through a stainless steel spring. The EYE LED module comprises a die-cast aluminium structure with 24 turrets, with X-shaped profile, for rapid heat extraction and cable gland with neoprene outgoing cable. An electronic plate equipped with 15 high-efficiency LEDs and lenses for 8°,20° or 30° light distribution is fixed to the die-cast structure. A 3mm thick extra-clear tempered glass panel is secured to the front part with silicone glue. These features guarantee an IP65 protection rating for the LED module. The LEDs are powered at 350 mA while the ballast must be ordered separately.

General features and technical details An IP67 floor-mounted recessed fixture with die-cast aluminium body and stainless steel bezel mounting a tempered glass: the latter is capable of withstanding static loads of 5,000 kg at a transit speed of 30 km\hour and Class IK10 mechanical shocks, and has a contact temperature below 55 °C. The 12\24 LEDs generate 18\35 W power and are inserted in a swivelling structure with +\-15° inclination. Optics with 25°, 40° beam angle and 8°x44° blade of light. Incorporated control gear. Double-insulated fixture with 1-metre long outgoing neoprene cable with cable gland, housed in a resincoated compartment that prevents penetration of water and humidity. RGB version The 7\16 FULL COLOUR LEDs generate 35\65 W power and are inserted in a swivelling structure with +\-15° inclination. Optics with 25° and 40° beam angle. All the LEDs comprising the fixture are powered by the series-connected PCBA, thus the same current flows through them: in this way, the colours emitted by the single LEDs are identical. 64 addresses for accent-type fixture control. Controllable via the DMX 76493.00 control keypad that is compatible with all control systems operating with the DMX512 standard. Three DMX channels. Around 16 million emitted colour and light flow combinations can be achieved.

General features and technical details The poles are made using S235JR steel and are hot galvanised in compliance with the EN40-4 standard. They are also powder-coated using satinfinish grey polyester paint. For poles up to 5.5 m above the ground, the terminal board slot measures 132×38 mm. For poles above 6 m above the ground, the terminal board slot measures 186×45 mm. All poles are supplied with a protective end cap, terminal board (for 1 fuse - not included), terminal board cover and anchoring plate for flanged poles. Poles measuring 8 m and 10 m can be constructed in two pieces to be assembled using stainless steel bolts.

Light control systems Our approach aims to create straightforward, reliable and design-oriented light control systems and lighting schemes with the awareness that if light is a highly distinctive element of an environment, the light control system must not be a purely technical element to be concealed. On a given day we might desire the maximum amount of light possible, whereas the following evening the light of a candle may be the ideal choice. For this reason, we offer flexible programming and control systems for lighting scenes: RGB LED changes colour MONOCHROME LED for programming, scene control and touch dimming. Mixed systems for LED and fluorescent fixtures with analogue electronic ballasts controllable via a single lighting scheme.

Connection of the DMX signal requires a cable conforming to the EIA RS-485 standard and having the following features: -2 conductors plus shielding. -110-120 Ohm impedance. -Low capacity. -Maximum 250 kbaud transmission speed. Observe the following indications to prevent any malfunctions: -The maximum recommended length of the DMX signal cable is 150 m. Within this length, a maximum of 32 fixtures can be connected. -Avoid parallel paths between DMX cables and power lines. -Insert a 120 ohm 1/4 W resistor at the end of the DMX cable, between cable A (DMX +) and cable B (DMX -). -Never connect the DMX cable shield to earth. -Never effect Y-shaped branches of the DMX cable (use a DMX Booster/Splitter). If any malfunctions occur due to disturbances on the DMX line, if the lines are longer than the maximum recommended length or if there are more than 32 devices to be controlled, one or more DMX Booster/Splitter devices must be inserted.
