Inbound Services and Non Geographic Numbers (NGNs) AdEPT Telecom offer a wide selection of inbound services ranging from standard routing to complex inbound call management. This document outlines the products available and the associated costs. The document is split into the following two sections:  

Available Number Types Services

Regardless of the service type, you will need to select the type of inbound number you would like to connect the service to. The ‘Available Number Types’ section lists the pence per minute price whilst the ‘Services’ section lists the monthly service rentals and any pence per minute surcharges. * Prices are based on calling from a UK landline and may vary dependant on the callers network supplier. Routing to other destinations such as international or 08 numbers will be priced on a bespoke basis. Porting of BT geographic numbers into the network will incur a one off charge of £75. International Services

AdEPT Telecom can offer international number ranges from a wide variety of countries. This allows the owner of the number to appear to have a presence in the relative country whilst receiving calls within the UK. The caller will pay their standard rates dependant on the number type i.e. local, freephone etc.

Call Conferencing – Standard

Provides customers with an access number and PIN allowing them to host one concurrent call conference for an unlimited number of participants.

Provides customers an access number and access to an online management portal where they can schedule, record and report on multiple concurrent conferences.

Fax 2 Email

Converts traditional faxes into a PDF format and delivers the file as an attachment to the customers chosen email address.

Allows customers to send faxes in the form of an email attachment in a number of accepted formats such as PDF, DOC and XLS. The attachment is then converted and transmitted as a standard fax.
