Christmas like ham, salads, cake, fruit and wine. Southern France burners a log in people homes in France until New Years Day. They use the log a long time ago and part of the log was used to make a wedge of a plough as good luck for a coming harvest. Another name is used in France and it is called the Twelfth day .The Twelfth Day is the last day before the lords Misrule had given up the crown so they can be their self again.Children are given gifts on December 6 which is ST. Nick Day adults give presents on New Year.
