Compact smart home training system with Gira components

Practical. Efficient. Future-orientated.

The Workshop Case KNX Expert, developed in collaboration with Gira, is the perfect solution for practice-orientated teaching in building system technology. It simulates real-life living room scenarios such as lighting, heating and blinds and optimally prepares students for modern smart home technologies - from KNX programming to fault diagnosis.

Workshop Case KNX Expert

Base:

Living room simulation with LAN interface, socket outlet with USB A+C and KNX components

Understanding and learning about smart homes in a practical way

Why LEYBOLD?

Lid: KNX components such as push-button sensors, RF media couplers and temperature sensors

The LEYBOLD Workshop Case KNX Expert offers an innovative training solution with the latest smart home technology from Gira. Trainees can use the compact training system to learn how to plan and program KNX systems in a practical way - with original components that enable realistic applications. The Gira X1 server makes the automation of single and multi-family homes with a KNX system easier, more convenient and more economical than ever before.

Realistic simulation

Real-life living room scenarios such as lighting, heating and blinds are simulated using LEDs. This allows students to practise programming, analysing and optimising complex building technology systems with the ETS software for KNX . The visualisation is programmed using the free of charge Gira Project Assistant (GPA).

Recognised training level: Perfect preparation for KNX certifications.
