ABOUT DOLCE DOLCE ITALIAN IS AN INVITING CAFÉ AND RESTAURANT, BROUGHT TO LIFE BY EXECUTIVE CHEF PAOLO DORIGATO. Opened January 2013 by LDV Hospitality, Miami Herald three-star reviewed Dolce Italian is located on the ground floor of Gale South Beach, on the corner of 17th and Collins Ave. Dolce Italian welcomes guests with classic handcrafted Italian cocktails at a lively bar, and cuisine that is authentic, delicious, and surprisingly affordable. Linger over a Negroni or Bellini while sharing a freshly-fired pizza from the wood-burning oven or enjoy a platter of delicious artisanal cured meats including house-made pâté. Italian-born Chef Paolo’s menu of updated Italian classics includes perfectly made pastas like the Pappardelle alla Bolognese, brimming with braised beef, veal and pork; a rich seafood risotto loaded with shrimp, scallops and calamari, and a simply sublime Spaghetti al Pomodoro. As the heart of the food and dining experience at Gale South Beach, Dolce Italian offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in-room dining daily, in addition to catered events at The Gale Rooftop and The Regent Cocktail Club.
