Lead Forensics is a great tool!
You can really see where people are spending their time on the website and what they are interested in. The reports are so useful, they really allow you to follow up in an easy way and take advantage of all the traffic on your website. It is also great to set up real-time alerts which send an email when someone has visited.
Cold calling is always difficult, however, this gives you a great list of good leads to follow up on. Sometimes people just need that push and this offers a great tool to get in touch.
