PARTNERSHIPS relies on strong partnerships with local NGOs who have been working on the ground with the people for a long time. By partnering with organizations that already have a relationship with the locals, we will identify specific change agents in the community and work with them to turn innate skills into concrete projects for the community.

AGILE SERVICE PROTOTYPING relies on building capacities of the community by giving them the space to use design methodologies. The method that lies at the core of our program is Agile Service Prototyping.
TOOLKIT toolkit and service design mentorship, are provided to residents in order to help them in prototyping their projects. The toolkit consists of modular pieces that can be put together in different ways depending on the needs of the service. The service design expertise that comes with the toolkit helps guide the resident in visualizing what is needed in order for the project to be run successfully.
