RUNA RAY

Exotic and comfortable L’OREAL IS EXTRA ORDINARY Have healthy looking hair

Every day many women and men spend hundreds of dollars on makeup and beauty products;Yet they go home and become unsatisfied with their purchase. Why break the bank when you can use E. L. F Cosmetics?

Cheap But Effective

With their makeup filled with vitamins and minerals and cost so low, E.L.F Cosmetics is the way to go. All of their products work very well. My favorite products are their baked eyeshadow and their liquid liner. It’s worth the try especially when it can save you lots of money!

“Our

vision is to empower and educate women to play in innovation without sacrificing their budget. We offer a complete line of makeup and professional tools—all at an extreme value price!” -E.L.F’s Vision Statement

Extra Ordinary Hair Recently I had the opportunity to try L’OREAL’ Extraordinary Oil shampoo, conditioner, and hair serum. Now I highly recommend it. It kept my hair from frizzing, kept it most and silky, and helped with dandruff. The shampoo and condition makes your hair feel so soft in the shower. The serum is so lightweight it doesn’t make your hair oily at all. I give this 5 stars!

FTL MODA LOVING YOU

THE FASHION SHOW THAT WELCOMES EVERYONE

“Models of Diversity is the campaign for more diversity in the models we see every day. We call on the fashion, beauty and marketing industries to recognize the beauty in people of all races, ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. Our mission is to change the face of fashion and modeling.” - Models of Diversity

When first seeing FTL Moda’s fashion show during NYFW, it seems very typical. Men and women everywhere walking down the runway in fabulous clothes. In September of 2015, history was made. Madeline Stuart, the model diagnosed with down syndrome, walked down the runway. Seeing this first hand was inspiring. For someone that has family members with autism and other diseases, this was influential. Her story only started here. This beautiful 19 year old lady shares her wonderful journey on her Instagram page @madelinesmodelling_ and remember to like her page on Facebook. Shower her with the love and support she needs!

UWI TWINS FASHON Reuben and Lévi are twin brothers who share a passion to express their creativity to people in the art of clothing. They were born in Rwanda, where they fled the 1994 genocide. Thanks to their parents moving to Vancouver, these Canadian twins were able to create a unique label named UWI Twins fashion. They were highly influenced by modern and ‘old skool' rap. From Biggie to Jay-Z to Nas to J Cole. If you look closely you’ll see patters closely related to their African culture and rap. The colors connect to to rap; red, black, brown, and white. The patterns connect the fundamentals of their african heritage. The way they clash together both cultures is simply amazing. 10

Ultimately, these two humble twins has an amazing line. This is only the beginning of the UWI Twins. From here their fashion, style, and taste will only get better. Know them before everyone will. These guys are the hottest ticket in fashion. To learn more follow them on Twitter or Instagram @uwitwinsfashion

PARTY STYLE FROM PARTY GOERS DURING MY TIME AT FASHION WEEK I TOOK PHOTOS OF THOSE WHO I THOUGHT HAD UPMOST STYLE DURING A #NYFW AFTER PARTY

Going to a party? Don’t know what to wear? Here is the party guideline straight from guests at a party. 1. Dress comfortablyLooking good doesn’t always mean you have to wear itchy fabric and tight clothing. If you’re not comfy, you won’t have confidence. without confidence your

outfit will lack personality. Remember to think of how you will feel inside your outfit before you choose to wear it!

2. Know the event- Don’t dress like you’re going to a club if it’s a formal dinner. Don’t dress for a barbecue if you’re going to a wedding. Be different but dress for the event too. 3. Don’t let others bring you down- Wear those 6 inch heals, work that bright red skirt, and never forget to pose with the biggest smile if someone says you can’t rock a certain style. 4. Remember to have funConfidence + Outgoingness + a sprinkle of badass + a touch of sweetness = Best Dressed & Best Guest! 13

RUNA RAY F/W 2016 Runa Ray is an indian born designer who incorporated her heritage in her clothing. The material is comfortable and unique. I had the chance to do a quick snapchat interview with Runa Ray. She is humble, kind, smart, and super stylish. In my interview I asked her two questions: AL: Why did you pick these models? RR: I wanted to have a completely different ethnicity, color, look, size, everything. AL: Why did you pick this material? RR: The material for these pieces come straight from india and is silk. I did it because it’s comfortable and apart of my culture. 15
