User Interviews
I have met various construction/ maintenance workers due my previous job and I took every chance to have a chat with them and understand their persons better.
I tested an structurated interview for Juan Carlos and an organic interview with Jose Luis. I tried to listen actively and focus in “What he says & How he says it” to go deeper into that interesting data.
