Quadros was established primarily to support the interior decorating and finishing requirements for the residential and commercial construction industry in the GCC, Middle East & North Africa (MENA) regions. Quadros have identified a unique opportunity to develop into a market leader. We provide comprehensive total design and build concepts, based on close liaison with each and every client. Quadros therefore achieves pleasing aesthetics and functionality within cost, time and quality parameters. The Quadros design experience and reputation derives from the skills and integrity of its key management and staff, who bring with them many years of experience in the industry. These staff are involved in each project and provide full accountability to our clients, while striving for the highest professional standards of functional design and best performance. Our planning and design techniques enable the most effective utilization of available space, whilst ensuring fulfillment of our clients’ requirements. To achieve this, Quadros guarantees that the manufacturing of components will be carried out in Europe, in accordance with the European standards and International ISO 14001 & 9001 standards. The majority of units will arrive at the project individually flat packed and can be easily assembled at each location; all assembly is supervised by European staff utilizing our local workforce and contract installers. Quadros accepts that the design profession has an environmental responsibility, hence we promote and practise design principles which are not harmful to the environment; all materials, finishes and furniture follow an established set of guidelines to ensure this. The Quadros philosophy is that projects are not just about design; successful projects require a clear understanding of the underlying delivery process in order to meet client expectations. We provide every client with a superior service, and ensure a total understanding of their needs and objectives.

Contract Division Quadros International LLC Dubai Contract Division is established in Dubai as an Interior Contracting Company, providing services mainly to hotels and furnished apartment blocks, as well as the construction and institutional project industries. The range of service offered covers five main areas: • Procurement • Sales, Marketing and Distribution • FF&E Hospitality Supplies • Supply and Installations • Project Management The founders of Quadros come from a background in manufacturing and the actual grass roots of the products and services required for procurement and supply. Coupled with this expertise, the team brings with them extensive background knowledge of the international industry acquired from experience in manufacturing, sales, marketing, distribution and procurement. The company’s strength lies in the founder’s local and international experience, expertise and reputation, as well as the extensive contact base created over many years in the market. The success of the company lies in the desire to raise the local industry standards to an international level, coupled with the dedication, determination and ambition of the management to succeed in the currently complacent market. WORKS PROJECT MANAGEMENT Quadros International prides itself in offering high quality professional, seamless project management from A – Z. 1. Project approach

All aspects of the project deserve special attention. Quadros excels through proven professionalism to meet and exceed the customer’s expectations.

2. Preliminary investigation and specifications The initial drawings, quotes and samples presented at this time ensure that all design and management aspects are within the financial and timely parameters agreed. 3. Engineering

Once all the above is agreed, the final tenders are now presented for approval. This is where the fine tuning of materials and processes are finalised, whilst positioning the fundamentals which are being supplied.

4. Ascertain the assembly process The key part of the ongoing supervision of the work in progress. Each area has the assembly processes established and coded whilst the timescale is set for the preparation of the materials. 5. Manufacture and quality control

Quality control is crucial to the overall service offered by Quadros, with continual monitoring of the processes and production.

6. Logistics and delivery of works

Arrangement for transportation of all items ordered, ensuring delivery on time, as promised. For management and manpower contracts, we guarantee that our personnel have the experience and required skills to complete all jobs to perfection.

7. Warranty

Each item that is delivered has an individual warranty agreement which gives each project a long term peace of mind.
