Something new to write about and comment on There could be many things you don't know about Humans, but there could be many things you do know as well, there also could be many things that you already know, only haven't realized yet :) and that my brother's and sisters is where the fun begins, the learning. When you first look inside yourself you start to see that there are all these feelings and thoughts. One thing you may not have known is that sometimes these feelings and thoughts happen all on their own. Have you ever noticed how when something happens, you'll start to think and feel without even stopping to wonder if those thoughts or feelings are positive or negative. Well now you know. Next time you get upset pay attention to how quickly it happens. A half a second, a quarter of a second, less than an instant. Now we all know that negative thoughts can bring us down, make us feel bad, and break our focus. We also know that positive thoughts can make us feel good, motivate us, and make us see things in new ways. Where once we could only see the world through blinded eyes, as we become more aware of ourselves and our minds, we see reality. The reality is that our subconscious influences us both mentally and emotionally 90 percent of our life.
As Humans, we come equipped with instincts and emotions from birth and then we grow and learn through whatever experience in life. We have a great ability that is rare, we have the ability to think beyond our initial emotions and reactions to things that would normally upset us. Though this is only the first article in a series, I have just given you knowledge of the key aspect to being a better human. We must look inside ourselves and realize that our minds are our own, and that we do not have to be stressed or upset if we do not wish to be. Stress is counter productive, action is productive. When we release our mind from the grips of stress, it allows us to make conscious, educated decisions. Decisions that stand upon Wisdom, instead of emotion. Reacting with Wisdom allows us to more efficiently make a plan of action to counter-act whatever aspect of your life causes you stress.
