Trusted Champions

This Lesson: The PERMAH+ Learning Intention is for you to understand that it is normal to ask for help from trusted adults when you have problems or feel unsafe, and for you to ask four adults to be your trusted champions. PERMAH+ Reflection: what are problems which you could share with your champions? Draw a picture of or stick a photo in, of each of your champions.
