Learnit presented an entirely new and compelling way to engage global education leaders. Not only was the tone and format different from the start, the collection of speakers, delegates, and corporate partners was among the best I’ve seen. We found the event to be a lively, thought-provoking affair that has created a new community of peers working together to improve education. The Future of Learning is Now Learnit Live is the global education community’s chance to take stock of 2020, a year like no other. Covid-19 has tested the adaptability, relevance and resilience of our education systems, drove us to new heights of creativity and forced a swiftness of transformation previously thought impossible. One thing is clear: the future of learning is now. The key questions before us are: what innovations and shared learnings from our virtual reckoning will we take forward, what relics of the past will we finally leave behind, and what more needs to change? We’ll be addressing key themes per day. Join us for one, or for all. But come knowing that we’ll be calling on you to get involved, to share ideas, and to join discussions as we collaborate on tangible solutions.

SENIORITY

12

Connecting with the right people is one of many things that Covid-19 has made harder. Learnit’s Virtual Introductions programme is a digital version of the highly successful Hosted Leaders programme that ran at Learnit in 2019 and Bett in 2020. Following a beta test of our virtual offering in July 2020, our next programme will run in partnership with Bett, between 8-12 March 2021, centred on introducing top level education leaders to tech companies through exclusive, pre-booked meetings.

I was very impressed with the professional delivery, and achieved in an online setting too. The chance to meet new, emerging providers is particularly important in today’s changing landscape, and I now know I can trust Learnit to introduce me to people I wouldn’t have met otherwise.

You’re meeting with the people who actively want to talk to suppliers. So far it has been tremendous. Catherine Oswin-Wilde Sales Director Civica

John Short Ring Deputy Head King’s College School Wimbledon

Being able to take part remotely, from my office, was brilliant! This really worked with my existing schedule. I’m excited to get the opportunity to meet with likeminded people from the Learnit community - with so many dramatic changes in education, the global nature of the community will be invaluable. 13
