Being able to take part remotely, from my office, was brilliant! This really worked with my existing schedule. I’m excited to get the opportunity to meet with likeminded people from the Learnit community - with so many dramatic changes in education, the global nature of the community will be invaluable.

Thank you for letting me be part of the Hosted Leaders Programme, it was great! It was like having a personal assistant to help set up the right meetings for me. As a result we have already signed up with one of the suppliers – there is a good chance that I wouldn’t have found them otherwise.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT TO OTHER MEETING PROGRAMMES? ➔
Meet people who want to work with you (not random people)
Meetings are proposed based on a bespoke algorithm which matches you with prospective partners who meet your needs. That means you’ll meet people you may not otherwise have found or known, and due to our pre-screen process, they’ll be looking to work with someone just like you. There is nothing random about this programme!
➔
Participate virtually
Meetings take place virtually, with a very easy video integration, allowing you to participate from anywhere in the world at the click of a button. Save your travel budgets for something more meaningful!
➔
Mutually beneficial
Meetings are based on a dual opt-in process, meaning that we only suggest one where both parties have indicated an interest to meet the other person. You have the option to decline any meetings that you don’t think match your current needs.
➔
Unfulfilled meetings are refunded
If someone doesn’t show up to a meeting you have purchased as a tech company, you’ll receive a refund 30 days after the event closes. 05

We are extremely proud to be associated with Learnit. What Learnit offers is different. They have created a community of change agents, those who do not accept the status quo in education and are committed to true transformation. The dialogue and authenticity is on a different level; Learnit fills a critical gap in the spectrum of education events and communities.

9
Do I have to work with the companies I meet with? ➔
No, absolutely not. Bett and Learnit provide this programme so that you can explore opportunities on a zero-cost basis to your education institution. There is no obligation to work with any of the companies you meet with.
What is Learnit Live? ➔
Learnit Live is a five day (8-12 Mar 2021), global online event featuring global education leaders driving impactful change for their communities as we build a ‘new normal’ for education. Following the success of Learnit 2019 and the Learnit Virtual Series in 2020, Learnit Live 2021 will give the global education ecosystem the knowledge, network and tools to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
We only match meetings where we believe interests overlap and the company could help solve an issue that the educator leader is facing (outlined during the application stage). During the application stage, you have the opportunity to list companies you do (or don’t) want to meet as well as areas you are looking to find solutions in.

When will my meetings take place?
TECH COMPANIES - FAQs I want to see buyers before committing ➔
We don’t release the list in full, however all meetings are based on mutual interests.
I cover HE and my colleagues does K-12, can we split our meetings? ➔
We provide one set of meetings per individual from a tech/learning company, you cannot allocate other people.
I am away the second half of the week of the meetings, can you make all my meetings on Monday 8 Mar? ➔
Yes we can, but it will hugely reduce the potential buyers you can meet with, we suggest picking as large a window as possible for meetings.
What happens if you cannot match all the meetings I paid for? ➔
What happens if I need to cancel my involvement? ➔

This isn’t a platform for you to do a full demo. You’ll have detailed information on the person you are meeting with. This is a ‘virtual introduction’ where you have both indicated mutual interests. You can follow up afterwards to further develop a sale.

Yes, once you have submitted your feedback after the event you will receive name, job title, company and email address for anyone you met with. Information will not be shared if the individual asks us not to share their information.
