REGISTRATION POLICIES 1. Please check program descriptions for specific registration information, including registration deadlines. 2. Registrations received after the registration deadline will be put on a wait list. As capacity allows, wait listed registrations will be added to the roster. $5 late-registration fee applies (NFL Flag Football registration deadline is final). 3. Scholarships may be available based on financial need. Any parents/guardians that would like to discuss scholarship opportunities should contact the Recreation & Parks Department. 4. *Multiple child discounts are available for programs that don’t require special admission fees, and are run exclusively by Lebanon Recreation staff. Eligible programs are noted with a *. First child pays in full; each additional child in the same program from the same household receives a 10% discount, up to $10 per additional child. 5. Non-resident fees are listed with program descriptions. 6. Participants will be officially registered upon payment of fee and receipt of registration form/waiver. 7. No news is good news. We will contact you if there is a problem with your registration, or if a class is cancelled. 8. Full refunds (less processing fee) are allowed up to the registration deadline. Requests for refunds afterwards must be submitted in writing and will be considered individually. All refunds are subject to a $5 refund processing fee. 9. FALL FUN K-4TH GRADE EARLY DISMISSAL ADVENTURES*

or children ages 2-5. Join us for a mixture of movement exploration, finger play, music activities, parachute games and more! A great opportunity for group interaction and socialization. Parent participation helps children enjoy this funfilled activity period! Participants may register for both Fall and Winter sessions at the same time. Space is limited so please register early! Robert Harris VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR The Lebanon Recreation Commission is honored to recognize Robert Harris as the 2013 Volunteer of the Year. Robert Harris had served on the Recreation Commission Chairman and the inaugural Board of Directors for the Friends of Lebanon Recreation and Parks. He served as a baseball umpire, officiated football, and served as a youth sports coach. Robert advocated for populations that might not have a voice and was a devoted volunteer. OOK DISCUSSIONS AT LEBANON PUBLIC LIBRARY: Thursdays, 7-8:30 p.m. All discussion groups will take place on the 2nd Thursday of each month in the All Purpose Room of the Lebanon Public Library, 9 East Park Street. All books from this series can be obtained at the Lebanon Public Library. Back and Forth: Fiction with Shared Themes September 11 - To Kill a Mockingbird, Harper Lee: Is it the classic we remember from the film and from high school? October 9 - Americannah, Chiminanda Nogzi Adiche: A Nigerian in the US encounters race issues for the first time. November 13 - The Best Revenge, Rebecca Rule: Short stories about New Hampshire December 11 - Another work of fiction about New England, to be announced FIRST THURSDAY BOOK BUFFET AT THE KILTON LIBRARY AT 12 NOON: A noontime, bringa-brownbag-lunch book discussion group will meet at the Kilton Library Conference Room to discuss books sharing a theme or genre. In this “Book Group with a Difference” individuals will not all read the same book, but bring a variety of perspectives to the discussion. Books for each month will be on display in the Kilton Library’s New Books area for checkout. Participants will determine the topic for each month after the initial meetings. Future months’ topics/genres to be determined by the group. October 2 - Founding Fathers and Mothers: The early days of our country in novels and biographies. November 7 - Books to Share between Generations: Adult novels to read aloud to children, children’s books and young adult novels the adults love to read. December 4 - The World of Nature: Riveting nonfiction about the creatures who share our planet. January 8 - Golden Age Mysteries: From Sherlock Holmes to Hercule Poirot and Miss Silver—how do the early mysteries hold up?
