Inner layer: 18/10 stainless steel. Ideal for reducing sauces, searing, and roasting. Durable, hygienic, and easy to clean. Won’t absorb flavours or stain.
Outer layer: 18/0 magnetic stainless steel. Allows for cooking on all stovetops, including induction.
Continuous Aluminium core: Aluminium has excellent thermal conductivity and distributes heat evenly from base to rim. The aluminium does not come into contact with your food.
3-PLY STAINLESS STEEL
NON-STICK INTERIOR SURFACE Selected 3-ply Stainless Steel cookware items are available with a non-stick coating that allows for easy release of foods and quick clean-up.
