IR Quattro DIM-24 Specifications Item No. Accessories
The IR Quattro DIM-24 is a low voltage passive infrared presence detector setting a new standard in lighting and 1-10 volt dimming control with minimal movement required for human presence detection. Provides for superior presence detection, energy savings and occupant convenience. Lighting is controlled in relation to the presence of motion, the user selected dim level by remote or momentary switch and ambient light levels. As soon as occupancy is detected, the sensor goes to either the last selected electric light dim level (constant-lighting controller ‘OFF’) or adjusts to the last selected electric light + daylight brightness level (constant-lighting controller ‘ON’). The “force off” light level feature will turn lights off when sufficient daylight is present for additional energy savings. When no movement is detected and the occupancy time setting has elapsed, the sensor dims light levels back to basic brightness (1.6 volts), after the Stay ‘ON’ time DIM before ‘OFF’ delay has expired the light turns off. The innovative mechanical reach setting enables the designer with a precise method of controlling lighting zones by means of optimizing the sensors detection reach without compromising sensitivity providing true precise presence detection in the desired detection zone. Operational choices of auto on or manual on with a momentary or maintained switch input. The convenient “COM-Link” feature enables multiple sensors to link together via the communication link for pier to pier grouping achieving expanded detection zones with control set up functions set at only one primary sensor for the entire group. The IR Quattro HD COM2-24 is a low voltage, high definition, passive infrared presence detector setting a new standard in lighting and HVAC control with minimal movement required for human presence detection. Lighting is controlled in relation to both the presence of motion and ambient light levels. The HVAC output (isolated normally open and normally closed dry contacts) are signaled in relation to only the presence of motion. Features four pyroelectric detectors with a high performance lens system that creates a new global standard in detection with 4,800 switching zones. Operational choices of manual on or auto on with either momentary or maintained switch options. Included light level feature provides the option to turn lights off when sufficient daylight is present for additional energy savings. The innovative mechanical reach setting enables the designer with a precise method of controlling lighting zones by means of optimizing the sensors detection reach without compromising sensitivity providing true precise presence detection in the desired detection zone. The convenient “COM-Link” feature enables multiple sensors to link together via the communication link for pier to pier grouping achieving expanded detection zones with control set up functions set at only one primary sensor for the entire group. Mounting options provide for 4” Square box, 4” Octagon box, Round 3.0 Mud-Ring or directly to the ceiling with quick mount spring tabs. The available service and user wireless remotes provide simplified commissioning and occupant convenience. IR Quattro HD DIM-24 Specifications
The IR Quattro HD DIM-24 is a low voltage, high definitio definition, passive infrared presence detector that is setting a new standard in lighting control. Featuring 1-10 volt dimming coupled with four pyroelectric detectors and a high performance lense system that creates 4,800 presence detection switching zones. Provides superior presence detection, energy savings and occupant convenience. The available service and user wireless remotes provide simplified commissioning and occupant convenience. The Control PRO group of presence detectors are available in multiple presence detection technologies for the control of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) and lighting loads (as in the COM2-24 versions) and optional 1-10 volt dimming and daylighting options (in the DIM-24 versions). Voltage Load Rating
The US Quattro COM2-24 is a low voltage (40 kHz) Ultrasonic Technology Presence Detector that utilizes STEINEL’s state of the art ultrasonic signal processing to provide superior stable volumetric omnidirectional detection for independent control of both lighting and HVAC. Lighting is controlled in relation to both the presence of motion and ambient light levels. The HVAC output (isolated normally open and normally closed dry contacts) are signaled in relation to only the presence of motion. The omnidirectional coverage pattern is ideal for those design and retrofit applications where the sensor will not have complete line of site view of the occupant and space. Operational choices of manual on or auto on with either momentary or maintained switch options. The included force off light level feature provides the option to turn lights off when sufficient daylight is present for additional energy savings. The Control PRO group of presence detectors are available in multiple presence detection technologies for the control of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning as well as lighting (as in the COM2-24 versions) and optional 1-10 volt dimming and daylighting options (in the DIM-24 versions). Applications The US Quattro COM2-24 is designed to be utilized in a multitude of applications and configurations: Large open areas where work stations or cubical furniture is used, bathrooms with stalls, storage areas with racking or any applications requiring a true omnidirectional volumetric pattern of detection and separate HVAC control output.

The US Oneway DIM-24 is a low voltage (40 kHz) Ultrasonic Technology Occupancy Sensor that utilizes STEINEL’s state of the art ultrasonic signal processing to provide superior stable volumetric unidirectional detection and provides a 1-10 volt dimming output to control ballasts or driver lighting loads. The unique linear unidirectional coverage pattern is engineered specifically for hallways and applications requiring a true volumetric linear pattern of detection. This is an ideal hallway sensor for design and retrofit applications where coverage is desired only in a single direction or small space applications where the sensor will not have a complete line of site view of the occupied space. DT Quattro DIM-24 Specifications Item No. Accessories
The DT Quattro Q tt DIM DIM-24 24 D Duall T Technology h l P Presence Detector D utilizes PIR and ultrasonic technologies to detect the presence or signature of a person in a space. The logic options for initial “ON” and “Maintained” state of occupancy gives design engineers and installation contractors the choice for proper control of lighting and provides a 1-10 volt dimming output to control ballasts or driver lighting loads. Lighting is controlled in relation to the presence of motion, the user selected dim level by remote or momentary switch and ambient light levels. As soon as presence is detected, the sensor goes to either the last selected electric light dim level (constant-lighting controller ‘OFF’) or adjusts to the last selected electric light + daylight brightness level (constant-lighting controller ‘ON’). STEINEL’s world class PIR optics and ultrasonic signal processing provides unparalleled line of sight and volumetric presence detection. Operational choices of auto on or manual on with a momentary or maintained switch input. The convenient “COM-Link” feature enables multiple sensors to link together via the communication link for pier to pier grouping achieving expanded detection zones with control set up functions set at only one primary sensor for the entire group. The available service and user wireless remotes provide simplified commissioning and occupant convenience.

Applications
C-UL-US Listed, RoHS Compliant, CA Compliant
Key Features: • •
IS 3360-24 sensors are passive infrared and respond to heat radiated from human body motion. They mount on a ceiling and turn lighting ON either automatically with occupancy or manually using a low voltage wall switch and the manual on mode of a STEINEL power pack. After a period of time where no occupancy has been detected, the sensor switches lighting OFF.

The HFLUM2-WR uses STEINEL’s High Frequency (HF) technology to turn lights on and off based on occupancy. It works by emitting high frequency electromagnetic waves (5.8 GHz) into the controlled area. Movement in the area causes a change in the waves’ echo, resulting in occupancy detection. The sensor can detect motion through many materials including glass and the lens of a fixture, enabling the sensor to be hidden from view.
