Promotion and Distribution

More than 50 wholesale distributors and 50 outside sales agents give our branded product lines a presence in the global markets. Our branded products are either uniquely formulated by our Science Team or we have been granted some level of exclusive rights for the product. We do not promote any other product that does not fall within these parameters. As a result, our global Consumer base is constantly on the lookout for what we are going to introduce to the markets next! Service and Support

Our global reputation is outstanding and we are becoming better known each year because we offer cutting edge output, services, and ingredients, and our Customer Service support for all of our companies is unmatched in the industry. This last point is because we are a continual resource for our Customers and Partners, and we don’t just stop/slow the support after a transaction or production project. Each of these components is very critical to our success. We provide a benefit not only to our Global Customers and Consumers, but also to those individuals and companies that are making discoveries and do not have the experience, market channels, networks, time or working capital to take it further.

Vet the discovery

We are approached by Founding Scientists from around the world, and we vet their discoveries very carefully and thoroughly. This includes (but is not limited to):

n  Scientific support

n  Targeted markets

n  Stability and shelf life

n  Safety

n  Sustainability

n  Effectiveness

n  Cost of production and how it relates to pricing in the markets

n  Specific complementary ingredients if applicable

n  Regulatory hurdles and compliance

n  Documentation that will be necessary for the markets

In addition, once a partnership has been developed we work with Founding Scientists in these areas in order to assist them in improving their offering and supporting documentation, as well as providing guidelines for the development of future discoveries.

Our standards are high: We do not accept all discoveries for this program.

Launch private label formulation and production

Following or in conjunction with Step 2, HSM (Health Specialties Manufacturing) will promote the opportunity in the markets for our global Customer Network to use either the raw ingredient and/or complete product review to add the discovery to their own product lines. The ingredient can be used in formulations for their products; the product can simply be sold under their own label.

Market the raw ingredients

our Science Team begins formulating products to be introduced into our branded product lines, which will be accompanied by press releases and strategic marketing actions.

If the discovery is a product,

it will be introduced directly into our branded product lines. Two goals are thus achieved:

Immediately following or in conjunction with Step 3, HSM will promote the sale of the Founding Scientist’s raw ingredient discovery specifically to branded label and manufacturing customers. This will further increase market share and provide even more exposure for the Founding Scientist. Our efforts here are to promote the use of the raw ingredient, so there is no requirement to use HSM, if our Customers already prefer another manufacturing company. We fully support this type of relationship and become an outstanding resource to all. Unlike the standard supplier in the industry, we receive and process the raw ingredient as if we are going to use it in our own manufacturing efforts, via a

Then they can evaluate their interest level based on “readyto-market” samples from our branded lines. The beauty of this approach is that we provide a volume of researched, vetted and refined documentation supporting the discovery to our Customer Network, which saves them time in their review processes.

Both channels promote the Founding Scientist’s discovery and drive a greater presence in the markets, which in turn increases recognition for the Founding Scientist. Additionally, this approach offers a potentially more expedient and qualified pathway to market for our global Customer Network, which includes some of the largest companies in the industry.

Our Customers find this additional review effort comforting in their planning processes. Additionally, our in-house Science Team serves as a resource to all of our Customers in regard to their formulations, testing and overall evaluation; another factor that renders us unique in the industry.
