This is what the Strawberry Festival is all about: celebrating, plump, sweet, strawberries. Get your fill of the sweet stuff in the Strawberry Pavilion. Growers are always looking for the best varieties of strawberries and you can help them decide. Sample several strawberries and vote for your favorite variety. Delight your taste buds with a burst of strawberry flavor.

PRESENTED BY CHEVRON Decadent desserts, like strawberry shortcake, pie, or funnel cake piled high with whipped cream, are deliciously tempting. We know that, so throw manners aside and dive right it. We’ll even honor you for it — that is if you’re competing in one of our Strawberry Dessert Eating Contests! Whether you’re eating or just watching, the dessert eating contests are popular events. A different dessert contest will be held each day of the Festival.

PRESENTED BY KCOY DAILY AT 2:00, 4:00 & 6:00 P.M. You’ve seen them crawl, run, and soar in the wild, but have you ever seen some of nature’s most majestic creatures up close? The Wildlife Experience Stage Show brings animals from their natural habitat to yours in an educational experience that’s truly remarkable. With the help of their trainers these animals will demonstrate the strength and intelligence of the wildlife world in a safe and controlled environment that will leave you awe struck.

Do you hear that rumble? That unmistakable rhythm is none other than the Street Drum Corps. They are wild, raw, and enormously engaging. The Street Drum Corps., is worldrenown for its high-energy shows, it’s crazy choreographed routines, and the ability of its individual members to interact with audiences. You won’t be able to resist their beats!

When you watch Something Ridiculous perform it’s a whirlwind of giant unicycles, knife juggling, and quick-wit. In other words, it’s a ridiculous amount of fun! The Something Ridiculous strolling performers will leave you in awe as they juggle almost anything they can get their hands on while balancing atop unicycles or wobbly ladders. This comedic juggling duo performs several acts throughout the festival.
