It was an easy decision to join the #ExpoFest2019! Coming together with other local businesses to share with the community everything we have to offer was a no brainer. The #ExpoFest2019 is a great way to get to know local businesses and see the many industries and services that make up the fabric of our wonderful community. We are excited to announce the launch of our new non-emergency gurney transportation service that will provide a much needed service to our community.

- Carrie Jordan HR Director, Babe Farms

- Nancy Crawford, Founder and CEO, Care Connection

“While Morris & Garritano Insurance has been serving the Santa Maria community for many years, our brick-and-motor office is still relatively new. This is a thriving business community that we are proud to be a part of and look forward to the opportunity to meet new people who may not be familiar with Morris & Garritano and the services we provide. We are excited for this year’s Expo! After all...where else can you find the area’s top businesses all under one roof!? Whether you’re searching to fill a specific need, or just wandering the rows to see what’s out there, you’ll be sure to have a good time. Plus there are lots of giveaways and prizes! We will have Advisors from each of our departments at our booth – Commercial Insurance, Personal Insurance, and Employee Benefits. So, whatever your insurance needs, we look forward to helping you out!”

“We are happy to be a part of the business community in Santa Maria. We want to support the Chamber making sure the public is aware of the businesses and opportunities in our area and the importance of why we are doing what we do at Babe Farms. The community should come check out the Expo and learn more about the businesses in our community and how they serve our area. Be sure to stop by Babe Farm’s booth and see our unique vegetables on display grown in our beautiful Santa Maria Valley!”

- Sara Holloway, Marketing Coordinator, Morris & Garritano Insurance “UA Local 114 has chosen to participate in ExpoFest because we want to highlight the need for the piping trades workers and apprentices in Santa Barbara County. ExpoFest is a great event where people in the community will get to see the different companies and opportunities for employment in the Santa Maria Valley. We are excited to meet potential apprentice candidates and those with journeyperson level experience in the pipe trades.”

“ExpoFest gives us a chance to meet other businesses and the public and be able to learn what their concerns and problems are and be able to help fix them. It is our opportunity to meet with the public and business owners and be able to showcase our services to the people who need them most. In this age of the internet of things, there are questions that can be answered better in-person than over email, text or call. There is a large number of vendors attending that the public will be able to meet in person and create long-term partnerships. The only way is to do that with an oldfashioned handshake and a smile! Sunrise Security is proud to be a new member of the Santa Maria Valley Chamber. Come drop by, learn about our services and to place a ticket into our raffle for the “Sunrise Security” gift basket. The items are shockingly awesome and something everyone can use!”

We want to expose as many people as we can to Moxie Cafe and let them know that there is a locally owned health food restaurant in our community. We want them to know that there is a healthy alternative to the fast food chains that are so prevalent in Santa Maria. - Jay Hardy, CEO of Hardy Diagnostics and the Moxie Cafe VTC Enterprises has been participating in the Expo for over 30 years and we love giving back to the community. We believe it is important to support our business partners and to make new connections for the future. The ExpoFest is just another great opportunity offered by the Chamber of Commerce to for business to get their message out to the community. It’s a worthwhile investment for any business or nonprofit. We’re excited to showcase some of the handmade crafts done by the individuals we serve. We think Santa Maria Style is also VTC Style since we’ve been serving individuals with developmental disabilities since 1961. Come say hi, play a game or just take home a token of our appreciation. - Erika Weber, Marketing and Development, VTC Enterprises “ExpoFest is an opportunity to talk with people one to one to share all of the fabulous events going on at the Clark Center. Many people don’t know that we are a non-profit and that we have an amazing volunteer program. Supporting our local businesses is important in sustaining our local economy. It is also an opportunity explore products and services available right in our backyard! Come by the Clark Center Association booth and pick up our 2019-2020 Season brochure to see what performances we are bringing to the community. There is something for everyone whether you are 2 or 92 years old! We will also have a raffle for tickets!” - Yvette Eagles, Development Director, Clark Center Association

“As a catalyst for business growth, the Chamber’s ExpoFest is the best place to meet with Santa Maria’s top movers and shakers. It’s the perfect opportunity to gain exposure for our new full suite of Business Services – from business accounts to commercial real estate lending. ExpoFest is not just a B2B event. Many of the exhibitors are directed to consumers and offer complimentary tastings or even a chance to experience a boxing class. ExpoFest encourages our community to shop local, #SantaMariaStyle. We’re bringing a corn hole game with a chance to win prizes. Stop by and play a round with us!

“The Scholarship Foundation believes that working closely with the local business community can help strengthen our roots in the Santa Maria Community. We hope that knowing more about our services and impact will encourage more people to both support local students by investing in scholarships and financial aid advising, and to ensure that everyone in the community who needs access to our services knows how to find us. After all, the Scholarship Foundation’s mission is to inspire, encourage, and support Santa Barbara County students to and through college, graduate, and vocational school by providing information, advising, and scholarships! The ExpoFest is another great way to learn more about the community, and to find new ways to engage with local organizations and companies that might align with your values. You also show support for the local businesses that help make Santa Maria such a uniquely special community to live and work.”

- Regina Ojeda, Branch Manager, SESLOC Santa Maria

- Victoria Juarez, President & CEO, The Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara

- Marc Pineda, CEO, Sunrise Security
