COMPETITION RULES 1. The competition runs from 13 February until 2 March 2013 at 12 p.m. 2. A purchase to any value at a Timbercity branch in South Africa will qualify the customer to enter. 3. Entrants will be disqualified if: • they cannot produce a valid ID document • the qualifying transaction is cancelled for any reason whatsoever or credit equal to the original transaction value is passed against the sales document • in the case of account holders, the account has not been conducted within the terms and conditions agreed to with Timbercity • they are a director, member, partner, employee, consultant or agent of Timbercity or any of such person’s spouse, life partner, parent, child, sibling, associate or business partner 4. Three Timbercity vouchers valued at R15,000 each (Vat inclusive) constitute the prizes and the three winners will be drawn nationally from Timbercity Head Office. All winners will be notified by Friday 12 April 2013. 5. The vouchers can be redeemed at any one of our participating Timbercity branches in South Africa only, for the purchase of any product from one of these branches. 6. The vouchers will be valid for a period of 6 months and can only be exchanged for products stocked by participating Timbercity braches. 7. Vouchers are not exchangeable, negotiable nor redeemable for cash. 8. By entering the competition, entrants give Timbercity permission to use their names and/or likenesses for promotional purposes should they be prize-winners. 9. All entrants, by entering the competition, agree to be bound by the competition rules. 10. Timbercity’s decision relating to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence of any nature and with whomsoever will be entered into. 11. Entry into the promotion via the entry form gives Timbercity the right to use the contact details supplied on the entry form to contact all competition entrants in future. 12. If required as a result of legislation, Timbercity shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice in which case all entrants agree that they will have no recourse of whatsoever nature against Timbercity or SteinBuild, their advertising or promotional agencies and their employees. 13. When goods are purchased on behalf of a company (paid for by a company), the prize will be the property of the business/company represented, should this entry form be drawn. 14. A customer buying goods on his/her own behalf (paid for by the individual) will however be the owner of the prize if his/her entry is drawn.
