Competition rules 1. The competition runs from 12 to 29 September 2012 at 12 p.m.

2. A purchase to any value at a Pennypinchers branch in South Africa will qualify the customer to enter.

3. Entrants will be disqualified if: • they cannot produce a valid ID document • the qualifying transaction is cancelled for any reason whatsoever or credit equal to the original transaction value is passed against the sales document • in the case of account holders, the account has not been conducted within the terms and conditions agreed to with Pennypinchers • they are a director, member, partner, employee, consultant or agent of Pennypinchers or any of such person’s spouse, life partner, parent, child, sibling, associate or business partner 4. 27 round Terrace Braais from Megamaster valued at R1499.00 each constitute the prizes (one per store).

• Entries deposited in a particular store will be eligible for that store’s prize, as specified above.

• The draws will take place in each of the 27 South African branches and winners will be notified by 26 October 2012.

• Entrants do not need to be present in order to win.

5. The prizes, as stipulated above, will carry the manufacturer’s warranty. The sole proprietorship of the warranty rests with the manufacturer and no recourse pertaining to the prizes won shall be sought against Pennypinchers or SteinBuild. All and any recourse sought during the warranty period on the prizes is to be sought directly with the warranty-issuing manufacturer.

6. By entering the competition, entrants give Pennypinchers permission to use their names and/or likenesses for promotional purposes, should they be prize-winners.

7. All entrants, by entering the competition, agree to be bound by the competition rules.

8. Prizes are not exchangeable, negotiable nor redeemable for cash.

9. Pennypinchers’ decision relating to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence of any nature and with whomsoever will be entered into.

10. Entry into the promotion via the entry form gives Pennypinchers the right to use the contact details supplied on the entry form to contact all competition entrants in future.

11. If required as a result of legislation, Pennypinchers shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice, in which case all entrants agree that they will have no recourse of whatsoever nature against Pennypinchers or SteinBuild, their advertising or promotional agencies and their employees.

12. When goods are purchased on behalf of a company (paid for by a company), the prize will be the property of the business/company represented, should this entry form be drawn.

13. A customer buying goods on his/her own behalf (paid for by the individual) will however be the owner of the prize if his/her entry is drawn.
