Step 1 Secure the short sides (100 x 276 mm) x 2 to the front (100 x 1000 mm). Hold in place and drill pilot holes before applying waterproof wood glue and fastening with chipboard screws.
Step 2 Fasten the back (100 x 1000 mm) to the partial frame. Hold the back in place, drill pilot holes and secure with screws after applying wood glue.
Step 3 Place the base (300 x 1000 mm) on top of the frame and make sure that it is in line with the frame on all sides. Drill pilot holes before applying wood glue and fastening with screws. Fill the screw holes with wood filler and leave it to dry before sanding the box to achieve a smooth finish. The box can now be painted with your choice of external coating.
Step 4 Once paint is dry, fill the box with small river stones. Your boots cleaner is now complete.
