This qualification is ideal if you’re aged 19 or over and would like to develop your basic digital skills ready for progression.

You will learn about using the internet, communicating electronically, completing online forms and keeping personal data secure, as well as searching for information and navigating social media. You will also learn how to present and communicate digital information, identify and correct errors using a word processor, and receive and open emails.

Progression may include an Essential Digital Skills course.
