We encourage professional development so, as you study, you will also gain industry experience. You will learn specialist skills from our experienced lecturers including copywriting for a variety of platforms, trend forecasting, visual communication, and the marketing and promotion of beauty brands and products. You will also have opportunities to develop beauty campaigns, market and promote an event, and deliver live briefs set by employers within the fashion and beauty industry. In addition to all of this, you will experience demonstrations, lectures, digital skills development, discussions and presentations, while building your professional portfolio. As part of the wider Creative Arts department at University Centre Leeds, you will have opportunities to make contacts and collaborate with other creative students from media makeup, photography, performance, graphic design and fi lm.
