LE EL NEW YORK a traditional "event planner" helps design your event and then outsources each of the deign elements to different vendors ( a florist, a printer, a rental company) At Le El New York, we work IN-HOUSE to provide you with the best in fresh flowers, decor pieces, rentals and stationary. We create beautifully crafted fresh flowers in our 800 square foot cold room located on site, print stunning stationary items using our state of the art printers located in our warehouse and have an array of the newest rental items to match any esthetic. What does this mean for our clients? Best pricing ( no hidden up-charges from 3rd party vendors), a clear and cohesive end result that fits your esthetic from beginning to end, and the ability to eliminate errors by working with only one vendor.

SWEET 16 Pricing INVITATIONS Baby shower invitations range from $4 - $6+ Our most popular baby shower style is our 1-layer ivory shimmer card stock invite, personalized to match your theme, with 3 hand placed crystals and a coordinating envelope, all for only $4.

BACKDROPS Range from $550-$2500+ depending on the caliber of decor you want on it. Most clients spend $550 on a backdrop display. We can do linens, flower walls, balloon garlands, balloon walls, floral garlands, etc.

Sweet 16 Pricing DESSERT TABLES Range from $750 to $2,500+ with our most popular package being $1,200. This package includes 6 treats from our dessert menu full tray and prop set-up that match the aesthetics of your theme, fresh loose flowers, and a table linen. Additional treats, props, backdrops or furniture pieces can be added a la carte.

CENTERPIECES Range from $95-$150+ for bridal showers, with most clients spending around $125 per table. We can do fresh floral arrangements, candelabras, or create something custom based on your theme.

Sweet 16 Pricing SETUP + DELIVERY Unless otherwise discussed prior, Our team needs 2 hours to set up your event. The appropriate amount of staff members to set up your event will arrive at the specified set up time and then come back at the specified end time to break it down. Set up and delivery fees are based on location.

SPEND MINIMUM To create the continuity and flow needed to design a stellar event, We currently have a $3,500+ spend minimum for all events in 2022. This allows us to touch several different decorative elements throughout the room and give your event the attention to detail it deserves.

LE EL NEW YORK
Frequently Asked Questions Q1. Why is there a spend minimum ? We currently have a $3,500+ spend minimum for all events in 2022. The spend minimum is based on location and also time of year. Our spend minimum allows us to provide you with the best of the best - well trained event coordinators that have a keen eye for detail and an astute ability to preform under pressure - the best in fresh flowers and treats, but also, the best in professionalism and service. We are here to help ease your mind and execute with agility.
Q2. How far in advance should I book ? When you know that LE EL is the right fit for you, that is when it is time to book your date. With a deposit, we hold dates for clients up to 3 years in advance, We only take a limited number of events per day and hot months do book up quickly. We hate informing clients that their date is not available, but we only take on what we know we can beautifully execute!
Q3. Where do I begin ? We are here to help you figure it all out. We ask that clients begin with showing us just a few one or two - photos to help us get an idea of thier esthetic so we can begin the design process for you.
