Are custom fixed blade knives worth the money? There are generally two types of knives i.e. folding knives and fixed knives. Many knives have taken on the name of the person or company that manufactured them. This custom fixed blade hunting knife was made by Gary Brashears of Bentonville,Arkansas. It’s just like an older knife by the style. Large sambar stag handles with black separators at both ends. You can get almost 2 hands on this handle. Very large clip point style blade. Brashears rocky knapped the top portion of the blade. His heavy duty brown leather belt sheath included. BRASHEARS stamped on the front side.

Custom fixed blade knives have the most recognizable shapes in the cutlery industry. There is not any particular hunting knife that can perform all hunting tasks, but there are a few which are much better than others. Overly hunting knives have tangled carved and decorated handles. Hunting knives are usually kept in a case close to the hunter's waist, although some sheaths attach to the back, leg, chest, or arms depending on the hunter's choice. Custom fixed blade knives generally have no moving parts, for which you won't waste your time in the field tightening screws or adjusting springs.

Custom fixed blade knives do not fold. Fixed blade knives are more strong and larger overall, which makes the safety of the knife along with the strength. Fixed blade knives are not required to be oiled like folding knives, and do not need to be cleaned as a regular base.
