Tips & Tricks for the perfect look

PRIME FIRST Always prepare your skin to allow your foundation to blend smoothly and avoid the product sliding around. Distribute your primer evenly between your nose, both cheeks, chin and towards your hairline.

FULLER LIPS Try applying your lipstick to the outer edge of your top lip, getting it to look fuller and balance more with your lower lip.

PERFECT EYES When doing your makeup it is always best to start with the eyes. Begin by covering your lids with a light concealer and then use your eyeshadow to set. Use a blending brush to smooth any eyeshadow out and a smudger brush underneath the eye.

For a softer look, first wet your brush and use a darker colour, then wing it out using a eyebrow brush.

RAISE YOUR EYEBROWS Use a brow definer pencil to outline your brows. Then use a brush to blend inwards, shaping as you go.

GLOWING CHEEKS When applying your bronzer think about creating the figure ‘3’ on each side of your face. Start on your forehead, close to your hairline, and work it down below your cheekbone. Then sweep backwards towards the eye.

TIP: When using darker tones, work brushstrokes down. Using lighter/brighter tones, push outwards.

Apply blusher last to your cheeks, as it’s easy to overdo this if applied too early.
