anticipated questions What if I don’t know my password to log in to CONNECT? •On the portal log-in screen, click the link that says “Forgot your password?” and follow the directions. If you are still having issues, contact your HR representative for assistance. Is CONNECT replacing MiMENU? •No – at least not anytime soon. As CONNECT grows, items found on MiMENU will be duplicated and housed within CONNECT as well. Eventually, once all items have found a new home within CONNECT, MiMENU will be phased out. What if I have an issue in CONNECT? Do I create a ticket through MiHR Support or through IT Support? •“MiHR Support” will become “CONNECT Support.” Please file a ticket with CONNECT Support just as you would have filed one with MiHR Support in the past. If I do not currently have access to CONNECT, when will I get it? •All full-time employees of LEGACY Supply Chain Services, LEGACY Retail Services, LEGACY Global Sports, and PARCELite Solutions should currently have access to CONNECT. If you do not, please see your HR representative. All new SCS employees will be CONNECTed incrementally based on a phased roll-out plan (see timeline below). How do I access Yammer? •You will be invited to join Yammer based on the timeline listed below. You do not need LEGACY CONNECT access to be able to join Yammer, and Yammer will not be fully integrated with CONNECT until March 2014.
