This page is provided for Business Users in accordance with the P2B Regulation. The Terms of Service are incorporated by reference. Capitalized terms not defined in this page have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms.

Internal Complaint-Handling System

If you have a complaint under the P2B Regulation regarding any of the following matters in the European Union, you may lodge it through our Business User Complaint Form below, free of charge, and the complaint will be handled within a reasonable time frame:

  1. Our non-compliance with our obligations under the P2B Regulation;
  2. Technological issues which relate directly to the provision of the Service; or
  3. Our behavior or our measures which relate directly to the provision of the Service.

Mediation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint or do not want to make use of our internal complaint-handling system, you may initiate a mediation process with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.
